Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualification LLB (5-year integrated course or 3-year Law).
- Experience: 0-1 Years.
- Good understanding of Indian Intellectual Property
Laws & Rules. - Good communication skills.
- A team player.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research.
- Due diligence.
- Drafting documents.
- Trademark, patent, Geographical Indications & copyright filings with their respective authorities.
- Providing strategic advice and supporting clients in various aspects of intellectual property matters.
- Stay updated with the latest amendments and cases regarding IP matters.
